How to View Goods Online, Find Stores, and Chat with Stalls
Search for Styles
- Keyword Search: Enter categories, such as trench coat, white shirt, dress, in either Chinese or Korean. You can also add price ranges, such as “under 50,000” (in KRW).
- Search by Color and Style: If the description includes colors (red, black, beige, etc.), the system will find similar goods by color, style, and design.
Search by Image
Send a product photo in the chat box, and the system will find similar items for sale, with each card showing an image, price, stall, and a 「Consult」 button.
For Accurate Searches: Use clear, frontal, single-item product images; take one picture of one piece of clothing, avoiding blurry, dark, or cluttered backgrounds.
Didn’t find the same style? You can tell customer service the stall number or store name, and after confirming which one it is, go “add items yourself by photo” to get the product number and add it to your cart.
Find Stores by Floor and Stall
「Stall Lookup」 can check all stalls in Dongdaemun, not just apM. You can search by brand name/store name, floor location, or stall number. Once found, you can view the store's homepage: store name, floor number, main categories, available products, and contact information. If you can't remember the name completely, the system will provide similar options for you to confirm.
Cloud Walk
「Cloud Walk」 turns the Dongdaemun wholesale district into an online mall map: Click a building → Select a floor → View stalls on that floor → Click into stalls to see available products. Currently covers 20 wholesale buildings in Dongdaemun. No login required, visitors can also browse.
Restocking Guide
In the chat, send 'Dongdaemun Restocking Guide', select the categories and styles you want to stock, and AI will generate a curated list poster of stalls, marking each location, number of available products, price range, and sample images, which you can download and save.
Chat with Stalls
On the product card or product detail page, click 'Consult / Contact Seller' to chat directly with the store owner: ask about styles, colors, sizes, stock, and whether small quantities can be purchased. The chat has built-in real-time translation; you use Chinese, the store owner uses Korean, and the system automatically translates.
