How to get to Dongdaemun, business hours, and closing days

Business Hours

Dongdaemun wholesale operates at night. The business hours for apM, apM LUXE, and apM PLACE are:

  • Monday to Thursday: 20:00 – 05:00 next day
  • Sunday: 20:00 – 05:00 Monday
  • Friday and Saturday: Closed

Holidays

During consecutive holidays such as Chuseok (추석) and Lunar New Year (설날), the closing days will be based on in-station announcements, please check the announcements before departure.

Free shuttle bus between the three buildings

There is a free shuttle bus between apM, apM LUXE, and apM PLACE, operating from 20:00–05:00. If you want to visit all three buildings in one night, you can take this bus.

Transportation

  • Subway: Lines 2, 4, 5 at "Dongdaemun History & Culture Park Station" (DDP), Exit 14, about a 3-minute walk to apM.
  • From Incheon Airport: Take the AREX Airport Express to Seoul Station, transfer to the subway to Dongdaemun History & Culture Park Station, total travel time is about 1.5 hours (for reference only).
  • By car: The apM building has an underground parking lot, fees apply, varying slightly by building.

Tip

  • Wholesale buildings cannot process tourist tax refunds. Some brand counters in retail buildings like Doota and Hello apM can, please ask at the service desk for specific rules.
