Payment methods
What payment methods are supported
On the apMZoomAI payment page, you can choose:
- Bank card
- Alipay
- Kakao Pay
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
Apple Pay and Google Pay will only be displayed separately when supported by your device; when supported, selecting 'Bank Card' will also allow you to use them.
The specific methods available are subject to what is actually displayed on the payment page.
What currency to pay in
The payment page will display the amount due in your local currency based on your country, just follow the page instructions to make the payment.
When to pay
- Top up wallet: Pay on the top-up page. The order amount will be frozen from the wallet balance when placing an order.
- Pay for goods: After the buyer purchases and weighs the shipping fee, the order enters 'Pending Payment', and you pay for the goods according to the order process.
What to do if there are problems
If the payment page does not have the method you want to use, or if you encounter issues during payment, send an inquiry in apMZoomAI customer service 「转人工」 (request a human agent).
