Logistics and shipping
Stalls do not offer free shipping; they need to use logistics for dispatch.
Stalls in Dongdaemun do not provide free shipping and require third-party logistics: you can use the China–Korea dedicated shipping line for small packages or pack and send them back yourself.
Select logistics
Select logistics on the order page. The system will automatically recommend an available logistics option based on your delivery address (destination country), and you can manually change it; once selected, this order will lock in that logistics carrier.
Shipping cost
The shipping cost will be confirmed after the buyer weighs the package, and the real-time quotes on the order page are authoritative. Logistics quotes are usually on a 'more refund, less supplement' basis: first estimated, then settled based on actual weight.

- China–Korea dedicated shipping line: about 3-7 days
- EMS: about 5-10 days

Free warehouse storage, consolidate and then ship
Once the goods are packed in Dongdaemun, the platform will default to store them for you:
- Storage is free and there is no time limit;
- When you want to ship, go to the 'My Packages' page and click 'Ship Now';
- If you want to save on shipping by consolidating several packages, just leave them there and ship them all at once when you have enough;
- Packages will not be shipped automatically; when to ship is up to you.
Check packages
In 'My Orders', expand the order to see the 'Packages' section: it shows packing status / shipped, with tracking numbers and logistics company names for shipped packages, some even include actual photos of the packages.
Customs duties and clearance
Customs duty rates, clearance, and HS codes may vary based on declared categories, unit prices, and total amounts, and the rules often change. Please contact the China–Korea dedicated shipping line logistics company directly for inquiries.
